Kip Up An easy way to get up which involves using your hands to spring up while kicking out with your feet [1]
Cat Grab Clinging to an obstacle in a squat position []
Cat Leap To jump for distance and go into a cat grab [2]
360 Cat Leap A mid air 360 into a cat grab [3]
Pop Up Run at a wall kick up off of the wall in order to get up it []
Climb-up A movement that brings a traceur from a position where he is hanging on the wall to a position where he is standing on top of the wall; it often follows a cat leap or wallrun []
Crane Landing Landing position in which a traceur lands with one foot on top of an obstacle and the other foot trailing below [4]
Crane Step A pop up landing on the same leg used to pop up with, without using your hands to get up [5]
Lache Swinging from one bar to another [6]
Precision Jump A precise landing with your feet on the edge of a wall, rail, or other object [7]
360 Precision Jump A precision jump with a 360 spin in mid air [8]
Running Precision A running precision jump [9]
Underbar A movement in which you jump, pass through the obstacles by using your arms to aid you in swinging through, and landing on the other side [10]
Underbar 360 A underbar with a 360 spin doing the move [11]
Upward Wallrun Running up a wall [12]
Wallrun Literally running across the side of a wall [13]
Tic-Tac Running and popping off of a wall at an angle; useful for getting up stairs or over small objects [14]

Roll[]

Roll
Dash Roll A dash vault directly into a roll with your feet touching the ground [15]
Monkey Roll A monkey vault directly into a roll with your feet touching the ground []
Parkour Roll An important movement in free running and parkour to absorb large amounts of impact of a drop or jump from height in a controlled way which can also allow the athlete to continue their run without losing their flow which involves rolling diagonally over one shoulder to the opposite hip and then back onto the feet [16]
Dive Roll A dive over an obstacle with a roll to withstand the shock at the end [17]
Trophy Vault To roll over an obstacle as efficiently as possible; usually done after spoiling a move []
Shoulder Vault Rolling over your shoulder over the object [18]

Cast Bomb The move involves performing a reversed kong and pushing off into a backtuck like with a castaway [19]
Lazy Bomb A theif vault into the dash position followed by a front flip [20]
Land Bomb A dash bomb where the athlete does the dash vault before a drop ; no ledge is neccesary []
Kash Bomb A kash vault into a front flip or monkey/kong vault into a dash bomb []
Dash Bomb A dash vault directly into a front flip [21]
Dash Barani A dash vault straight into a 180 front flip [22]
Dash Gainer A dash vault right into a gainer [23]
Lazy Gainer A transition from a lazy vault straight into a gainer []
Monkey Gainer A monkey vault using the leverage from their arms to push themselves immediately into a gainer without their feet coming into contact with the ground [24]
Kong Gainer A kong vault using the leverage from their arms to push themselves immediately into a gainer without their feet coming into contact with the ground [25]
Frog Gainer A kong gainer where you do a ground kong into the gainer where there is a drop; no ledge is needed [26]
Speed Side A speed vault right into a side flip []
Rail Flip Two hands are placed on top of the obstacle and a front handspring is executed [27]

Monkey Vault Both hands are placed on the obstacle; both legs are pulled up in a squat position with the hips raised and the traceur pulls themself over [28]
Lazy Vault One hand is used to swing the inside leg first over an obstacle and the other is placed behind your body to create stability and a way to further propel your body [29]
Thief Vault One hand is used to swing the outside leg first over an obstacle and the other is placed behind your body to create stability and a way to further propel your body [30]
Side Vault Both hands are placed on the obstacle and the body goes alongside the arms, with the legs parallel to the obstacle [31]
Safety Vault Similar to the two-hand vault, except easier you place both hands on the obstacle, then the outside foot is placed on the obstacle and the inside arm is then released, while the outside foot pushes the traceur off the obstacle [32]
Speed Vault A jump sideways but in the center of the obstacle, while one hand is used to push oneself forward [33]
Kong Vault A monkey vault, except that you jump before placing your hands down; the hands are then used to push down and the legs are put in a monkey position [34]
Diving Kong Vault A kong vault but with a dive either over an object or a long distance [35]
Traveling Kong Vault A kong vault but hands come down in succession, one in front of the other crawling across the object [36]
Dash Vault Jump first, then place hands down to carry oneself over the result will be a sitting position halfway through the vault, with the arms used to push off the obstacle [37]
Reverse Vault Place one or two hands on the obstacle and perform a backwards spin over it [38]
Pop Vault Run towards an obstacle and place one foot on it, kick upwards, grab the top of the obstacle and go over it [39]
180 Turn Vault Place one hand on the obstacle, preferably in the underhand position, place the other on it normally, then turn over 180 degrees [40]
Kash Vault A combination of the kong and dash vault; the execution is similar to a kong vault, except at the end of the vault, the traceur pushes them self up in order to give some space for the legs to exit as a dash vault [41]

Barrel Vault A double-leg reverse over an obstacle with one hand [60]
Flare Vault A double-handed cartwheel, but legs are straight and together []

Grab Vault Preformed like a speed vault except while moving over the obstacle the person grabs his feet before finishing the vault [62]

Tic Tac Vault A speed vault except you run up a wall on entrance to get over the obstacle []

Inside Monkey A monkey vault but the legs are outside the arms; the legs are still bent monkey-style []
